As online learning is becoming ever more popular to assist with home learning. The staff have created a bank of useful websites to access resources which we will continue to add to during this challenging time.

Teach your monster to read – a fantastic app/website. Phonics single letter sounds, special friends, reading cvc words, reading sentences. App is paid, website is free.


CBeebies alphablocks – an app containing games and videos of the alphablocks.


Reading Eggs – An app for reading and phonics. This currently has a 30 day free subscription but after that is it a paid for app.

Topmarks – a website or app containing free maths games for every mathematical concept.


CBeebies numberblocks – an app containing games and videos of the numberblocks. We use this in Oak class.


Master the curriculum – a website containing free maths resources.


White Rose Hub – have dedicated a section on their website of free resources to use in maths. They have a daily maths activity every day.


Prodigy maths – an app containing maths games.

BeeBot – an app for computing


BBC Supermovers – a programme on BBC containing dances and exercises for children.


GoNoodle – a free website, just sign up and access all of the dances and exercise videos. We use this daily in Oak Class. You can also search GoNoodle on YouTube.


Khan Academy Kids – is a free, fun, educational program designed to inspire young children to become learners for life.

Picture news channel have lots of quizzes and online assemblies linked to events in the news


First news have online and downloadable versions of their child friendly newspapers we read in school
