Keeping Fit and Healthy
For those who are wanting a change from Joe Wicks but still want to access exercise for themselves or the kids. The staff have collated a list:
o Go noodle website(loads of different ones and different difficulty/ fitness levels)
o Get moving with Disney Family - workouts with different Disney film themes
o Andy’s Wild Workouts (Andy from CBeebies) available on BBC iPlayer
o Super Movers - BBC. Workouts linked to a variety of curriculum subjects (KS1 and KS2)
o BBC Let’s Move - school radio dance etc through different stories.
o Little Movers 10am LIVE weekdays starting 20th April
o Oti Mabuse Dance sessions 11.30am LIVE each day
On You tube:
o Cosmic kids Yoga (lots of different themes)
o Just Dance (again quite a few)
o Jack Hartmann (Lots are maths or letters but some mix maths and keep fit)
o Kidzbop (dance along videos)
o Zumba Kids (young children doing dance moves to songs)
o Pinkfong (EYFS - young children showing dances)
o Pop Babies (includes nursery rhymes and number songs)
o The wake up dance (school assembly song and dance from out of the ark)
o Kids Learn to Dance ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling’ (better for KS2)
o Ridiculously Fun Dance Exercise for Kids (shows different dance moves and their names)
o Kids workout - 25 min exercise routine (KS2).
o Tumble Tots on YouTube - do a live stream each week day
o Jump Start Jonny on YouTube but has his own websites with a couple of workouts on.
o Move with Ben – ( different work outs for different ages)
